The Garden
A long lunch

Arguably the best garden in the Beacons.

It runs a depth of over 100m, accessed past the old stone wall in the courtyard and with views of Table Mountain. Room for 150 without it ever feeling busy. Lunch from noon, drinks until late, the kitchen comes out into the garden in summer.

The Valley

Table Mountain rises straight from the edge of town. The Usk runs through the valley. Hay-on-Wye half an hour, Abergavenny fifteen minutes, the mountains at the end of the road.
