Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before making a booking. They form the basis of our agreement with you.
1. Bookings & Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your reservation. Bookings made through our website are processed securely. For group bookings or special events, different terms may apply — please enquire directly.
2. Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a charge of one night's stay. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the first night. Special events and peak periods may have different cancellation policies.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 11:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out may be available by prior arrangement, subject to availability and additional charges.
4. House Rules
The Dragon Inn operates as a licensed premises. We reserve the right to refuse service or accommodation to anyone who is abusive, threatening, or excessively intoxicated. Smoking is not permitted inside the building. We are a pet-friendly establishment in certain rooms — please enquire when booking if you wish to bring a pet.
5. Liability
We take reasonable care to ensure our premises are safe and secure. However, we are not liable for loss or damage to personal property unless caused by our negligence. We recommend that guests obtain appropriate travel insurance.
6. Pricing
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the rate agreed at the time of booking.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
